Stephanie began practicing yoga at home as a tool to help with anxiety and depression. After developing a love for the practice and understanding how healing yoga can be, she began her teaching journey at Maui Yoga Shala in Maui, Hawaii. She completed her 200 hour certification there and has since completed further trainings with Lisa Ash Yoga, My Vinyasa Practice & Integrate Trauma Informed Professional Network.
She currently is a 200HR Yoga Alliance Registered teacher and contains further training in the following areas:
